Is this a program to only feel happy, what about when I am not happy?

The goal is not to only feel happy. The goal is to feel your feelings as they come up, but dwell intentionally in the feelings you chose. And yes, sometimes you will choose to feel grief or anger or frustration. The difference is you are choosing your feelings rather than feeling like you have no choice about how you are feeling.

What if I have a different learning style?

These practices are selected with diversity, equity & inclusion in mind. Each day there will be a mix of image, audio or video and text to be accessible for different learning styles. Not every single practice will work for every single person. That is why a new practice goes out everyday.
